Super Bowl Eats Part II – Four Step Cheesy Biscuits

Okay, I have a confession to make. I love cheese. All cheese. Gouda, cheddar, colby jack, feta, etc. The list could go on for a while. I love melted cheese. Hard cheese. Soft cheese. Yellow cheese. Yummy!

Anyway. For the big game last Sunday, I made these super easy cheesy biscuits. I’ve been told they resemble the cheesy biscuits from Red Lobster. I wouldn’t know. I’ve never been there and I’m not a big fan of seafood.

The best part? It’s four steps and five ingredients to cheesy yum yum.

You’ll need:

1 1/2 cups Bisquick

3/4 cup buttermilk

3 Tablespoons suger

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 425. Here we go!

Combine all ingredients.

Give it a good mix until all ingredients are combined.

Spray muffin pans with non stick cooking spray. Scoop mix into muffin pans. Fill about half full.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
